Meditation Group

Meets once a month on a designated Monday from 6 - 8 PM

Meditation will consist of:
Two sitting sessions, body movement, tea break, questions and answers.

Please bring your own sitting props.
Chairs are available.

All are welcome. No experience needed.

Suggested donation: $10.00.

Here is an example of what may happen
in a 30 minute sitting period:

OK, hit the bell, I'm ready to sit still, feel my breath, notice sounds and label my thoughts, let's do it.
Now what was that sound, a dog, a cat or just traffic noise?
I feel something in my paw, I think I'll move it.
Is that a fly or what?
I know I'm supposed to sit still, but if I lift my paw, I can swat it.
I've got to go after this thing.
I'd better lie down and get a grip.
Is this sitting period ever going to end?
