Hi! My name is Charlie Keays. This is my testimonial for yoga at Full Circle Yoga with Aman and Sunny.  I am the younger brother of Fred Keays.  I have practiced and gone to classes for 9 years. My practice has been working out the competitiveness between me and my big brother. I seem to get lots of love from all the other students. So something must be working in my practice. This place has taught me to be more confident in my body. It has allowed me to heal emotionally. I really love coming to this studio especially, as much as possible, as there is always the possibility of getting treats. ~ Charlie

Fred:

I have been coming to Full Circle my whole life (14 years). I have enjoyed the other students, especially when they give me treats. I do not know if my yoga poses have improved because they felt pretty natural from the start, especially downward facing dog pose. I do have trouble with the mailman interrupting my naps or other dogs cruising by the front door, and if I complain (bark), I have to go into my kennel. I hope the other students do not have to go through this. Overall this place rocks because I get to come as many times as I want for free. This is a great gig I have! ~ Fred.
